Customer Service Question of the Day: Best Buy

I wonder why Best Buy would insist upon maintaining ignorance among its highly trained sales force concerning the status of the ST-12? After several HOURS on the phone, my fabulous film making wife continues to encounter problems presenting this particular exemption certificate to this particular hard drive selling outlet. My suggestion to her? See you at the Apple Store honey, where the fine art of customer service is not (yet) dead... Perhaps the lowly sales associates there understand the importance of each and every $500 hard drive sale.
